while i cannot say that i m not happy with this announcement i will say that i would like a total remake not just an HD port ...RE1 for me was the best of the series and Gamecube remake had some flaws (too dark , a lot of cinematic filters ,trevor holywood cliche scenario) ..they should have worked a bit more and make a full remake for new consoles only (pS4 , x1)
Whlie i thought a change in Snake s voice actor would be good now that i played Ground Zeroes ..Snake s voice sucked so bad and feels so different ..with Hayter Snake had found his character tough , masculine but also a bit humourus and funnny now with Sutherland the guy tries to hard to be funny (as we know MGS series has plenty of humourous moments and situations and tough is easy to play) and doesnt have the same results ..Hayter should nt be changed
PS .If Sony manages to buy some of the IPs would be the best given solution from all as the full buy out of Capcom i think is not possible...So i hope Mon Hun , DevilMC , Dragons Dogma, Lost palnet be bought and brought exclusively on PS (i dont have smthing with MS but when JApan want to bring a game on Xbox always release a semi failure as they see Xbox the console that represents westerners and the shooter generation
