How does this change the exclusivity of the franchise ? Its not in his power to dictate what platform the game goes to , so he can't confirm or deny anything. Ask MS why its exclusive to 360/PC.

Pretty much confirmation that they were thinking of PS3 before. Why else would the code be in there. Conviction on the other hand is completely different story.
