just my oppinion, IMHO... building/upgrading pc now is a bit of a risk... you know, DX12/ vulkan coming in near future... i don't know, i think PC hardware will see a huge "boom", and current hardware ( on mid/low Pcs ) will die...

Xbox gamer > sure, the thing is still better than X-1 controller D-pad... X-1 D-pad is better than Xbox360 D-pad, but the thing still not good at all.
PS gamer > Dualshock will do it, you are good, DS is decent for fighting games... you will not be a Pro, but can have some fun.
the fighting gamer > dude... fighting sticks are the only way to go...
WTF!? Uncharted 2 and TLOUS have amazing MP,some o f the best a had seen.
Uncharted 3 was a bit under U2/TLOUS, but for real, Uncharted 2/TLOUS have a MP at the level of Gears, easy. The only exclusive that is cut above the rest in MP is HALO, godlike MP for HALO 3, HALO is just above any PS exclusive in MP for shooting.

Playstation has always given me great multiplayer experience with several of its exclusives, and lot's of different genres of games like:
Dragon's crown, Demon's Souls, Kilzone 2, Uncharted 2-3, little big planet, Guilty gears XRD, Resistance, Dc universe, all games that gave me tons of multiplayer fun.
the time at which the Xbox could beat their chests and say that it was infinitely supe...
vegetation and shadow: PC >>> PS4 > xbox one.
anyway, the game is amazing, just enjoy.
