I don't like It. First-Person Perspective in this game.
I like First-Person Perspective when It add a level of immersion, like being inside a space marine armor in games like Doom, Halo or Metroid prime. Also gameplay must be very fluid, and not clunk and bad animated.
Nice way to say that Halo:infinite is dead, and they are making another Halo game.
For Gamepass > Doom and Gloom for the model. Phil Spencer himself talked about the need to hit more players, and this is not happening. GP needs growth, or It will die. This realy sucks for Xbox, likely a "game over" scenario.
For PSN > Bad, but not the end of the world. Playstation still focused on selling games. Also their user base is like 1.5X that of Gamepass. It hurts, but not nearly as much as It hurts Xbox.
It would be funny to see Gears of War collection on Nintendo Switch.

Funny fact. Spider-man IP only became this "big shot" that can sell +10-20M units after Marvel Spiderman. Insomniacs games got more sales than every other spiderman game put together, Spider-man only became a juggernaut under playstation.

Consoles aren't like PC, they can deliver way more with way less.
Look at Alan Wake 2. The console version is amazing, and PC with "equivalent hardware" can't deliver the same results.
imho, Sony needs a "new PS5" and not PS5 pro. Make hardware upgrade at the same price, create a substitute with better hardware at $499.
