I agree whit you. It's all good talk when game pass is at $2 and whit day 1 game like Gears 5, but are people going to keep sign in after this? Are things going to work like Netflix and milions are just going to "carry on" and pay normal price after beating the "day one game" or after the $2 promotion expires?
Too soon to say, game pass is untested, a new model that can end as a bad move from xbox.... or perhaps not, it can also become stroke of a genius!!

So, you play only among switch owners? Kinda meh considering the small user base, playing this game on PC, and ps4/x1, makes much more sense.
Also, 30 fps for for such fast passed game is a big deal, switch version is indeed inferior.

Insiders already confirmed PS5 Backward compatible, so it's hard to imagine a "PS5 version". That said, the last of us is probably going to be Crossgen title whit many upgrades on PS5, like 60FPS/4k, better textures and perhaps minor levels of Ray tracing.
i would love a large scale Faction similar to MAG ( probably the most underrated FPS of last gen).
Multiplayer as part of DLC? standalone game? Perhaps exclusive to PS5? Anyway, i'm happy to know that ND are working to make something especial and giving both, SP and multiplayer great attention. I trust in their work, i just hope this is a move made to accomplish greatness, and not "greed for money".

10 years and 4 times as the most awarded game in the year, uncharted 2, last of us, uncharted 4 and God of War. No publisher has ever actived this level of awards ever, any of these 4 titles got more awards than all xbox studios put together.
