The DS's target audience is far from being just for little kids. In fact, its target audience is absolutely everyone. That's why it sells like gangbusters. There's a plethora of titles that anyone can enjoy, period.
No, Akuma is Gouki and Gouken is Gouken.
I'm sure you'll also enjoy Super Battle Opera/Tougeki since it's going to be a part of TGS this year. Quite a trip you have ahead of yourself.
Poetic justice after all the trash Wong talked about Adon at the release of Super. Correct me if I'm wrong but the players name was GamerBee not Killer Bee. Does he go by Killer Bee normally?
As far as I'm concerned, Nintendo is far and away the winner of E3. Donkey Kong (made by Retro studios!), 3DS, Zelda, Kirby, Goldeneye, Kid Icarus, and Epic Mickey all blew me away. It was just a solid conference with the bull about sales cut to a minimum and packed with surprises.
evrfighter is correct. It was Steam Cloud support that was announced, which is still a great feature.
While it is a bit oversaturated, at least one of them is free to play (Need for Speed World). The beta for NFSW was pretty fun too, so that's a plus. So then there's the Critereon NFS, which is guaranteed to be good, and maybe (?) Shift 2 or something of that nature.
I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now, I don't think this will be an annual thing.
Just gonna use this post to talk about how much I love Demon's Souls. Man oh man, do I love Demon's Souls. Wonderful atmosphere, addictive gameplay, cool community, and fantastic online functionality. I love you Demon's Souls.

The trailer was interesting. I promised myself I'd never buy a big blockbuster shooter again, but I can't help but feel MoH is going to break that mold. Hoping this isn't like the Gears trailers.
Everybody has different opinions about what art is. The question shouldn't be "are video games art?" or "can video games be art?", it should be "what is art to you?". Some people believe art is anything that comes from the mind, some believe it's just the ability to transfer emotion, and some will tell you it's anything that requires a lofty amount of talent and skill. Maybe it's all of the above or more. Art is a difficult thing to encapsulate in one single defi...
skate 2 was massively disappointing for me. I loved the first one -- one of my favorite games of this gen -- so I'm hoping skate 3 restores my faith in this franchise. So far, it's looking good.
I'll make it simple: if you prefer the PSP, you're most likely a 14 year old pseudo-"hardXcore" gamer who only plays (popular/hyped/etc) "mature" games for "mature" people such as themselves, and DS gamers are most likely people who enjoy playing unique portable titles with interesting gameplay.
I own both and my PSP is constantly collecting dust. Does it have good games? Sure, or else I wouldn't own one. The DS, on the other hand, has a far superio...
Settle down there Immortal321. I understand 14 is a very tough age with all of the angst, but you'll get through it. I'm pulling for you buddy.
Interesting. I think I'll stick with LURK.
Episode 3 is the only thing that matters to me. I find it both hilarious and soul breaking that Episode 3 at E3 is as likely as Duke Nukem in Shenmue III.
No seasoned horror veterans I know found Dead Space scary. I just found it to be a lame RE4 clone, in space. Take that as you will.
I've played this game twice now and haven't had any performance issues.
I agree, I really dig it. There some stuff I wish they'd iron out, but it's a beta.
I personally don't. BC2 is much more fun, that's all that matters to me.
Not convinced yet. This seems like an even bigger step down than Oblivion. 18 skills? No class system? Perks? There's STILL level scaling? Doesn't sound like Bethesda wants to make RPGs anymore, just an action game like Fable or Mass Effect. I really, really hope the games world and quests make up for this junk, because those do sound great.
