I believe they should but others don't. Can a full review be fully formed with only half the game completed.
I don't think it would be good for them in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community if they did that. They don't charge for Closed Caption on TV.

Yeh I think Tricky was the best, but also I would like to see Road Rage return.
