IMHO the PC version does look better. I, however, do not think that the PC version looks substantially better than the PS4 version of the game. I have read several comments that state that the PC version of the game has been gimped so that it would be able to perform on lesser—PS4, XBOX One, etc—hardware. I do think that many AAA games are gimped/optimized/prioritized for console gaming. But this, I think is to be expected when you consider that console gaming is more mainstream than PC gami...
The more information released about the Neo/Pro, the less I want to upgrade. I do not own a 4k TV at the moment and don’t plan on upgrading anytime soon. So the benefits of 4K gaming/up scaling/HDR are useless to me. I was hoping to upgrade to be able to play most games at 1080P/60fps.
