They didn't fix how rain and now snow goes through shelter. That happened in Morrowind too. They somehow managed to make the UI worse from Oblivion.

A lot of FPS games nowadays have bad hit detection. Bad Company 2 had awful hit detection until the patch that came out this September. Battlefield 3 has bad hit detection, Red Orchestra 2 has bad close range hit detection. All the CoD games since MW2 have had bad hit detection.

In the wilderness it runs fine for the most part, might go down to 40 fps in some areas. In cities I have seen it go down to 16.
I attacked one, then jumped up on a rock so it couldn't hit me then I shot arrows at it until it died.
That happened in Morrowind too.
The graphics.
The AI.
The UI.
It runs like crap in cities, even on a top of the line PC.
It's not a brand new engine like Bethesda said.
No hand to hand.
No bartering.
I've heard sound effects from Oblivion, and music from both Oblivion and Morrowind.
That said, it's still a much better game than Oblivion. Feels like Oblivion 1.5.
DICE included cheats as part of the game. They have a hack that makes enemies glow bright orange so you can see them really easilly.
It's a great game but it has a lot of issues. The netcode, hit detection, unbalanced. Once we start to get some mods and user made maps then it will be a lot better.
I'm sure Notch will need another vacation after Minecraft releases on PC.
This article sucks... Most of these are minor points regarding the singleplayer, and we all know that Battlefield games are not meant for the singleplayer.

Too bad BF3 will most likely have a very glitchy launch as well. Did you play BC2 on launch? From what I heard it was awful.
They delay it so they can put all sorts of DRM into it so that it will take pirates an extra 3 hours to crack the game.
Do people seriously need a guide for this? Iron daggers and hide bracers, then just enchant them with whatever crap you want and sell them.
