The console wars are funny, even when they get kinda heated.. But when you can knock on tens of thousands of people, for letting their ps3's be used to help TRY and better this world..

1) you say your gpu is 2 years old and then say its a 7970 ghz edition which released in late june 2012 which would barely make it a year old...
2) you speak of a graphics card that is on average 400-450+, your not going to cheap out on the rest of the components in your pc (so you dont bottleneck it) so that just leaves a power supply, mobo, ram , cpu, case, decent cooling etc... So your looking at 800-900+ minumum (OH WOW, IT'S ALMOST DOUBLE THE PRICE. WOW, MAGIC RIGHT?...

Except the games at e3 were not running on a xboxone... they were running on a windows 7 pc with a geforce 700 series graphics card. The jump that you saw in visual fidelity COULD just be smoke and mirrors, we wont know ti...

You lending/borrowing a game that has already been played by you or someone else is a Used game.

So the only way to play games used/borrowed, is to play on the account its locked to or pay full price and play off the disk.

Publishers, Developers, Future console owners, Shareholders and pretty much everyone else has their eyes on nintendo... hoping that they can turn it around with the wii u, and what does nintendo do? announce they aren't holding a event at e3. That's alot different then 2K showing off more of GTA5 which is easily going to move 10 million+ units.
