The more and more I read about this game, the more I want to play it. It's going to be so open and awesome... and great. Sigh... I'm going to have to infiltrate the system and make them give me an early release copy.
I know so many of our friends were let down with this, but I liked it. I think it was re-shelled, it was nice to see what they did with the graphics, and the changing up of the levels, and all of it. Donatello for the win!!!
Goodness, games have come a long way from NBA Jam. I have watched you play these, kinda, and I didn't know there were any differences... lol. Good story.
What a wonderful system. I still have my original, although it's sketchy as all get out. But I still play Sega on a regular basis. It's one system I will never get tired of, or never get rid of. Too many awesome games to even list. By far the system I have spent the most time on.
Dude, the portable NES is super handy for testing out NES tapes .. in action... for lack of better terms. It sucks that I had to rob my other controllers just to put enough batteries in it to work.

I don't wanna say you suck... but you suck. A lot of these games on here were better than decent. Marvel Ultimate Alliance is one of my favorite games still.
Then again... I like games where you can smash everything. I also thought Lego Batman/Indiana Jones were fantastic. Easy, but still good games.

This makes me so sad to read. I love Legos...always have, lol. I love the Lego Batman and Indiana Jones games for pretty much every system. It kinda makes me mad to see them drag my poor Legos through the mud.
I'm so glad Mr. Maple picked Elika... she is my favorite!!! I liked Diddy Kong too. I probably would have picked Earl for mine. I loved Toejam and Earl for Sega. It's one of my most favorite games.

and retro won't ever die. To me- retro will be anything older than about PS1, and I can't even get my mind around the thought that over the course of the next few decads, kids could be calling the Wii and 360 retro systems, lol. It's just insane.
This is definitely an interesting read... I'm not sure why there are complaints at all. Anyone who uses this information alone to base a choice on what system to buy is an idiot anyways.
