When GTA orignal team left, Rockstar isnt the same. There is a reason when Dan Houser Co-Founder and Lazlow Jones left company. just like Blizzard. When companies get to big they care more about easy money then the game they put out. GTA Trilogy was bad because Rockstar didnt care about pulling money into the game and just rereleasing with no care. Playing PS2 vs playing GTA Trilogy its like night and day.
I think the Jailer is a good guy if he wants to rewrite everything.
2021 details looks better but the colors tones could be better dont like the 2021 version, original colors look better.

Who care what people play on, PC are for people that has money that like to have the best looks but PS and Xbox console are the best systems for value for your buck and still has the best video for your TV. If PS get PC they will get more money for games to invest in win win for everyone.

There still gamers in companies, But they don't run the company or get promoted and get push out of upper management because most developers and marketing teams at the top don't care about games and only about numbers. most indy games do better then a AAA game because its small and dont want to hire to many people. company that think they are to big to fail are the ones that people dont like to play because its filled with DLC and microtransactions.
Bobby Kotick is still CEO and only care about his big bonus he laidoff people and only give them $200 in gift cards to Battle.net well giving himself a bonus. to hire new people back at a lower price and ask for more skills for the same job a year later. I will never buy another game from blizzard with him still in charge.

@Duke19 game engine runs the graphics not the game. gaming back then they didnt care about making money and all was gamers themself. today people know gaming industry is a huge money maker so most gamers that love the passion of making the game get push out of the company by greed.

CoD Warzone does it with 150 players without any Ai Bots.
Filling severs with 64 AI bots isnt really a 128 pvp.
Steam is is mostly on PC not console and everything is digital so people that are trying to get game for cheaper because they cant afford it and doesnt want to pirate the game because looks like a lot of work to do. only thing this fix is will just make the guy pirate the game.
