If the Vita could produce at least one Metal Gear, Kojima made/directed, game within its lifespan I will be a happy man. ;p
im afraid that at this point Nihilistic would not be able to apply changes in the game that might drastically improve it.
their studio's name defines the kind of games they make... NOTHING.
lack of third party devs? sony's answer to that was to have two of their best studio work on a vita game.(media) molecule, guerilla.

Didn't Uncharted GA maxed or at least is so far the game that best took advantage of the vita's specs?
I myself was impressed with the game's graphics.
i think point and click adventures would work best on the vita's touch controls, somewhere along the lines of policenauts, snatcher, broken sword...
how can you send a suggestion to konami so that they could consider a snacher or policenauts remake?

Nope. I think its just that his mom won't buy him any consoles.
Though the Vita is very much capable of running ps2 games sadly there is no news on that as of yet.

I think everyone would agree that at least Sony is on the right track considering cross play, cross purchase and ps+ integration. Not to mention that most IPs are just on its way.
so in a sense, the best is yet to come.
