first, SF2 on megadrive came out more than 10 years ago. in 2008 Super Street Fighter 2 HD remix came out to 360 and PS3.
i paid 15€ max for it back then and you pigeons are supporting the same game 10 years later for double price. you get a stupid hadooken 1st person mini game, but i guess it's a mode you will play heavily in portable mode with Pro controller as well?
so nothing about this console can and the other one cannot, it's just to try to lure in people.
in the end it comes to the games offerings.
i think MS better spend that extra cash to make games rather than pointless exclusive patches cause that would lead them nowhere, especially with 4K still being in its very early days and many won't care anyway.

i would choose Knack and Driveclub. Two extremely underrated games, but very fun to play.

switch will work in japan, it is more suitable for them. none has 4K TV there, they have tiny apartments so hybrid is a God send to them.
Unfortunately, most Jap games do not sell load of copies in the west, same with western games in japan.
Consoles need EA, Ubi, Activision and other major publishers to be relevant.
