Think of it this way..
It takes these devs about three years to make a game.
It's been about three years since these consoles started.
This big dump of games coming at us right now will probably wipe out anything before them.
The devs have had enough time to get comfortable with these machines.
I didn't like Too Human, but they did a pretty good job of converting it from the Gamecube. (which nobody seems to know.)

Mass Effect Has stunning graphics.

The character faces almost look as good as Crysis.
