How can they 'not have a good track record' with voice acting when they dont have a track record at all? They didnt make the cdi games or the cartoon. And link doesnt need to talk, necessarily. He can stay mute, and everyone else can talk. Zelda has always had quirky/oddball characters that could really be brought to life with voices, imo.
Troy baker has played a far greater number of well known, memorable roles. Nolan is great, but Troy is the best of the best.

The gamecube controls were great imo. I definitely prefer gcn version over the wii.

Honetsly, i dont think I would care much. Link was never exactly a very developed character anyway. I love zelda games, dont get me wrong, but link just doesnt have much that defines him. Even miyamoto says he feels link should be an extension of the player. I would perfectly fine if he was female, as long as that didnt affect anything else. Or maybe, you could have the option for him to be either sex like in mass effect? Idk just a thought.
