Let's just say the "?" high rate failure(16 or 33%) of MS against the 3-4% failure rate of Sony which is considered in the norm, what would you think ? They sure are not perfect. But the difference is there considering the install-base.
I had a replaced PS3 and Xbox360. But I trust more my PS3 than my Xbox360.
