Yeah it got out of hand ;7
New IP's are definitely a dilemma right now but it's easy to see why many won't risk it these days, due to the budget of up to 80 million it takes to create one.
That's a shame, who know's how many great ideas and possible franchises are going to waste because of this.
Jelly...
Couldn't agree more. I actually enjoyed this far more than Skyward Sword. To each their own though.
Taking what works and is proven to be popular with gamers is fine IMO as long as the devs are still creative in other ways throughout the game's creation.
I prefer the term "highly experienced" gamer =) And I feel for anyone who missed out on this one. Luckily the virtual console has it available for download for newcomers or fans of the original.
Excellent list. Watch dogs was no doubt the best new IP and surprise of the overall show. Lots of great games coming out for the consoles and PC.
Will check it out! Thanks =)
Well said, this happens a lot and it's a shame b/c so many great games are left undiscovered by many gamers due to the lack of coverage.
It's a lot of fun and the multiplayer is a blast ;) There is quite a bit of content as well for the price.
That's pretty awesome he's a gamer and a good one at that!
Very ambitious game indeed. Blown away at the detail this living breathing digital world encompasses, that can all be hacked or manipulated in some way. The sheer depth of the world they have created is as impressive as the graphics. Will absolutely be picking this one up, either for the PC or "if available" next gen consoles ;7
Sweet! Looks awesome ;7
New maps...woo hoo! 343 seems to be more than capable of filling Bungie's shoes. Halo 4 can't come soon enough...
New Super Mario Bros U obviously and Pikmin 3 for launch purchases. Regarding 3rd party, I hope Zombie U gets polished and ends up being a fun release that shows the additional fun and immersion to be had with the controller.
Great summary of games! I hope Zombie U is more polished by release and also hopeful Darksiders 2 devs work hard to release a quality sequel, seeing how the first one rocked.
That does stink but maybe the new motion capture tech will make up for it and make the game that much more realistic.
You didn't miss much ;) It's somewhat painful to go back and play now, that's for sure. I remember it being entertaining back in the day though, funny how that works.
Wow...forward this to a few Nintendo reps in hopes of some improvements in marketing their brand. This is case in point that they have lost sight in how to clearly define what their console is, what their audience wants and why it's a must purchase item come launch.
A lot of potential Wii U owners were probably lost due the second lackluster E3 presentation.
Still looks awesome to this day but try and play something with it and it's a total disaster, haha.
