if the majority or people buy xbox 360 so that they can get pirated games, then how the hell did gears 2 sold millions, fable 2 sold millions, fallout 3 sold millions and alot more games sold millions. piracy is only a small percentage, id say about 5% of the xbox 360 owners get their xbox 360 modded.
