Tera is taking forever. By the time that game make it to the west it'll be too late.

The tech turns of smartphones are basically on a six months basis, a tech turn a hand held or a console? Years, and in the PS3 case, half a decade.
It's pretty easy to see who is going to win his horse race. In fact the smartphones have already won in some areas. Droid Atrix 1 GB RAM > PS3 512MB.

More people need smart phones than they need a dedicated gaming machines and Apple mobile products sell very well each year is because of they're great. You don't get this kind of brand loyalty for being subpar and low quality.
I've been looking for a good iPhone alternative because I'm tired of the small screen, but there isn't one. Android fragmentation sucks and all the best apps are on the iPhone.

I stopped playing Bulletstorm after the "I'll kill your dick" line. The game just try too hard to be edgy and brash that it's annoying.
Why would they NOT want do this? If there's money to be made EA would be all over it. The only problem is if it's an EA game then it'll no longer come with an indie price. How popular would Angry Birds be if it cost $7?
Fire and Sword pissed me off when I first started playing. But once I got over the shock of getting pwned by some random musket shot and started using tactics the game got a lot better. I love it now, the game is a lot more balanced now that you can't just rush a squad of cav head on into a pile of bad guys FTW.

I don't understand the vocal fanboyism over AMD vs Intel since the tangent in performance is so small in real world apps, and it's not like there's a huge difference in price. If you can afford the extra $20-30 bucks go Intel, if not you want value go with AMD.
Whichever one you picked it's the right choice.
Damn, 3x GTX 580 is the stuff of dreams. Unless the nextgen is four years away I doubt we'll approach that quality in real games.

The hardcore mobile gamers will get the handhelds but that market is marginalized by the smart phones like the iPhones. Even then it's not the same across the board for all handhelds, for example Nintendo is doing well because it's main target, young kids and early teens generally do not have smartphones.
Oblivion was never hard. I have no idea WTF he's talking about. But Fallout is a completely different beast than Skyrim. In Fallout some people would play the brainy smooth talker so their combat skills might not be up to par and the game must account for that.

There are lots of MMOs with story telling but this game is doing it with truck loads of money in their production value. This is not something anyone can go around replicating.
