The controls would properly be balanced/crippled so that PC gamers wouldn't be able to dominate.

Lmao there is no gameplay advantage with a 900p vs 1080p tangent. Freaking fanboys. If you actually care about this then you would playing on Steam with 1440p @ 60 FPS were the visuals and gameplay impact is night and day.
MS obviously made the right call with this because people can't stop bitching about it. Why would they tie a deal with a game nobody cares about?

Good luck breaking into a market that is obsessed with MMOs, MOBAs and F2P shooters. The Chinese couldn't give a damn about AAA games like Halo and Uncharted. This problem is further compounded by governments push to cultivate home grown gaming IPs and their brutal censorship.

For the PC 5 FPS increase isn't a big deal in a 60+ FPS capable platform. But for the console +5 FPS is huge in a 30 FPS world. That's a 16% performance increase. The Witcher 3 with a 5 FPS increase is the difference between a smooth running game and a laggy 20 FPS game.

My PS4 Scuf cost $180 and even then. It's a hack job. This thing looks like a masterpiece. Sony should make their own version of the Elite immediately because I know PS4 fans will gobble it up.
