As much as I love how it looks, the lack of ambient occlusion under the car makes it like it's floating when shadow isn't visible. Not sure why they did it the way they did.
I'm in the Beta and to be honest I'm slightly dissapointed. There is definitely something off with handling but maybe it gets better when you upgrade your car. Didn't play much yet. The map is huge though, and I mean really huge which is pretty awesome actually.
I concur. I too prefer higher fps than res.
