Big fan of the first one. Still playing from time to time. I'm not really sure how I feel about air vehicles though. One of the best things in The Crew is exploration of this huge map. That you had to actually drive to your destination if you hadn't been there before. I have this wierd assumption that planes will break that exploration.
I have the other way around. Xone sticks are to loose for me. I'm way more precise with DS4.
How about both are great for 3rd party + PS has actual exclusives.

I remember when MS said that Live is a closed system and there would never be any cross platform except with PC and Windows. Why the sudden change of heart? Because they're bleeding. It's super easy to put Sony in a bad light because they're leading this gen. Don't get me wrong, cross play between platforms sounds very cool but I can only imagine how much effort it would take to make it happen properly, with voice chat, invites etc.. Besides, it's Sony that has everything ...
