Well it´s typically DualShockers. As you correctly wrote it is a revenue decline and NOT an Console Sales Decline (/because of selling less consoles) , the just don´t earn that much from them anymore because of lower pricing. MS/Xbox is number two this time around but they still sell consoles and have a huge chunk of software revenue. Time will tell what the shift into new (refreshed) console Hardware will bring...

The work the Remedy guys do is amazing ! Can´t wait for Gamescom:.. counting the days... Saw the (behind closed doors) demo @ Gamescom 2014 and since than i am totally hyped for it... It´s my must have title for XB1 for sure. And the Remedy guys were super nice, talked to them about the game and got two QB shirts signed aswell last year.
Playing FH2 without any issues for three hours (i am located in Austria, Europe) aswell i see several of my xbl friends playing aswell. Maybe the lizard fuckers are targeting the Data Centers randomly? Hope all of you can login again soon. Sucks on a holiday like this....
Absolutely, these guys worked their ass off the last years for that Game. But under the Ubisoft Umbrella there will be hate, which is understandable (Watch Dogs, Ass. Creed Unity...)

Some of you really need a history lesson it seems. Ubisoft is the Publisher not the Game Developer. And Ivory Tower is NOT owned buy Ubisoft. (Check Wikipedia if you care) I talked to the Head of Ivory Tower, Stephane Beley at Gamescom this year the have been working on the Game since they left Eden Studios after Test Drive Unlimited. These guys were searching a publisher for a long time until the settled with Ubisoft. The Issues per se and Development lies by Ivory Tower (not Ubisoft). I ain...

It really seems isolated. I played GTA Online thru almost the whole night (CET) without any issues. Aswell talked to some guys on my friends list nobody has issues (All located in Austria/Germany/Switzerland Area. Maybe "only" the US Servers were hit? Just a guess. Anyway it always sucks when a service u pay for is down, but it even more sucks if it´s because of these stupid DDOS Attacks.
The last beta of the game works much better than the first one. Many tweaks wen´t into it. I really enjoyed it everytime i got a chance to play it.
Anyway an open beta will come soon so you should get a chance to test it.
I disagree with the Crew, there were closed betas (been testing it) and an open beta will follow soon. Aswell Ivory Tower is NOT owned by Ubisoft, in that case Ubisoft is only the Publisher. Ivory Tower are mostly guys which left Eden Studios after TDU1. And they even postponed the game to work further bugs out before launching.

It seems many people still don´t understand that no Retailer will be stocking consoles just for show if there isn´t any demand.

Totally agree with you, i have been trying to discuss this whole thing with the guy on twitter. You really can´t reason with him. He blames MS for an unfinished Product , but forgets it hasn´t even been officially released yet.
