this happens in every match i play in now, easy to get out of thoe. just make sure 1 of your team mates has a pipe bomb on them. Then get them to throw it on the floor next to the generator blocking the elevator( inside the elevator) then stand back, it should blow it out the way. believe me iv had to do every bloody time i play this level!
