I am clearly an Xbox fan if you look at my comments. With that being said, I never thought Scalebound was impressive or interesting in any way, shape, or form. The game looked like utter shit, let's be honest. Platinum is not even a 1st party dev for MS, so I am always loathe to call anything from them exclusive in the first place. Odds are it would have sold horribly and eventually shown up on the PS4 to make up for it.
