The last good NFS in my book was Hot Pursuit 2 and I said, for it to be considered again if they go back to this, fast sport cars and not these ricer cars pimping out yo ride. Just driving and having fun.
Kinect so far is just stolen Wii games and the PS Eye with other things on it. So far no substance to make it even worthwhile.
As far as I've seen, only Daytona and Indy will be in the game only. But as far as Days of Thunder, It's a modern version of the NES game, and I may pass even though I'm a huge racing fan.
Um... where did you hear that I haven't and honestly I've heard only the opposite from Insomniac. Will be interesting what Insomniac has to offer and how good the game will be compared to R&CF and Resistance.
There are too many games coming out and they are all good. I want to get Modnation, but I may have to wait since I want RDR first, but one thing I would like to see is real life tracks. I did see a couple kind of remakes of real tracks in the beta of Modnation like Le Mans and Laguna Seca. I would give a $100 to someone who can recreate Nordescheleife/Nurburgring. That would be epic.
Funny, that I thought probably over a year ago, that Sony should do this and quite interestingly enough they were thinking about it. I would think about buying some of the games I love and retire my old PS1 discs.
I think it won't happen this console generation. Insomniac has a game engine that has been molded to what the PS3 does and trying to get the best of the 360 will be tough. And I saw an article yesterday that needs to get it's facts straight Ratchet and Clank (and Resistance) are Sony's banner, so they cannot go multiplatform. GT5 won't be the best NASCAR simulator, and that's coming from a big motorsports fan from NASCAR to Sportscar racing to Open Wheel and have driven other racing sims like NR2003 and rFactor. GT5 may be better, but the only oval tracks that they could be used at is Daytona, Indy, the Test Track, and not sure a traditional oval track, but I'm not sure about that. Well how did they do R&CF: QfB and Resistance 2. Yes I know R&C was a downloadble game and much smaller than a normal game, but sill making both at the same time has been done and both good games. I won't be surprised if all this time they've been working on both games, but putting more emphasis on the game that would be released. Just my 2 cents worth.

If I remember correctly, you start the game and Ezio is born and you get a trophy. That has been the easiest for me. Just for grins, hardest one I've gotten is Harder D***'s Balls. That had me screaming and took hours to do. PAIN is a b**** to get the trophies for.
Only reason why GoW III is getting it's own paintjob since it's being advertised by Gamestop which advertises the car. They did it several times last year with Modern Warfare 2, Mario, Killzone 2, and many others. At least Gamestop is giving a PS3 exclusive a paintjob again (first time since early last year with Killzone 2) and yes I like all motorsports and I won't care about people insulting me for that.
rFactor is great, but the physics and other things need to be revamped, luckily there is going to be an rFactor 2 coming out soon, GTR, I haven't played that, iRacing as I've seen it is awesome, but it's online only and you pay to race, and the subscriptions can be steep, GT5 is looking good. Honestly, I can't pick, they are all good, and probably best to try them all out.
It's very easy to play a racing game, but it's hard to master racing games. Luckily for me racing games has been my forte.
Even though I will buy GT5 and it can be a great racing sim, iRacing right now kicks major ass. Stunning graphics, great physics, and raced by world famous drivers. But both are awesome.
Here's to hoping this game will be so bad that Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing will look good after this game is made.
I've honestly hated EA Sports for making a NASCAR game to be rehashed over a span of 4 years. That's why a game like NASCAR Racing 2003 Season still has a lot of online leagues and running strong even after 6 years of being released. I just want someone else to make it and EA to stop making it or forced to do it well.
And coincedentally enough, the lower series is at Road America (a road course) and the Cup series is at Infineon (another road course) this weekend. I would like to see some ovals, but on 1 or 2 intermediate ovals and the rest be unique tracks like some short tracks. Glad to see someone other than EA doing this. Cars look very twitchy in the videos I saw which I like a very loose, twitchy car.
