Ontopic: Crysis2 + PC + Mods is never going to die out the same way it will on consoles. The console MP is gimped and degraded, so people can't even pretend the visuals are good..Realistically, droids & bot...

PC gaming has gone off the radar from sometime. Jsut good to see so many people are now so excited for Kinect hacks to try out...
Where as before, having a pc to play games didn't make much sense seeing here on n4g, as how there was an alleged 10,000 dollar investment to play Crysis.. and that PC gaming was dead...etc...
I try the demo's, just not into baseball. Its such a beautiful game/experience though. I imagine its how people aren't into sims but still want to play GT5.

Only reason Sony would do this, is to just start delivering blows to Microsoft, considering they have no games. It would be strategic & a bit malicious. But If I were sony, and had the extra $ to do it, it would really make a dent in the 360's lineup. Something that Microsoft can't really do to Sony, they can't reduce the content offered realistically due to the abundance...

Im debating as well, but Leaning towards PC. PC is the only real way to experience the levels of Crysis2 that Crytek has developed, the consoles are getting watery sloppy seconds.
While its looking better than the unreal engine, its hardly putting a wow factor, with fx/scale/# of online players or anything that Killzone3/2 is doing/did, to where I'd consider for the gameplay variety & visual spectacle, and I'm not even getting KZ3.

If it sucks, I dunno. KZ3 seems more of the same FPS we've been doing this gen. I like the vehicles in the bf series & the scale. Same with Crysis2. basic with a magic suit..
