China is still a large potential market for videogames. If Activision can make something simple, quick, and addictive, they'll make tons of profit, and possibly have a COD effect in China. They want to hook them like Lindsay Lohan on crack.

The difference with AC and other franchises is that AC is worked on by many studios of Ubisoft simultaneously, and not developed by just one studio or a couple. A lot of people work on each Assasin's Creed Game.
I just read the other article about the speculation of another possible attack on Sony. I seriously hope that doesn't happen. I, like many others, just want to play online. This is why we can't have nice things in the world. If they used their talents towards positive intentions, then I'd have no doubt they could do a lot of good. But instead, they waste their talents and time trying to take down a company that is just trying to do the right thing.
Warhawk is one of my all time favorite gaming experiences. Dylan Jobe knows how to make a great multiplayer game. I'm so hyped for Starhawk. If it comes out this year, it may be this year's surprise hit. Warhawk was and still is incredibly underrated imo. Hopefully Starhawk gets a lot more advertising and promotions.
Plus, Nintendo tends to bring a new controller, (or maybe no "physical controller"), for each new console. Most likely, it'll be new tech. Or not.

I agree. I never got to play Socom 2 before, but I know many that did, and praise it so much. Many of those Socom players played Warhawk, which is how I came to meet them. I would love a Socom 2 HD remake. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

After just playing the beta, I was a little disappointed. I'm gonna keep playing it some more, but so far, I'm not liking the changes. Imo, they should've had the 5 player co-op feature as a part of the beta.
Mostly for site hits. But I gotta say, I actually liked this impression.

If true, I'll be hooked on this for a while. I've played Warhawk for nearly 3 years before stopping. I hope this will be as good if not better
I've actually experienced something very similar to this a few months before. A PSN friend of mine from Canada sent me a message saying he might not be on anymore because he was planning on killing himself. I also had him as a friend on skype, so I spent the night talking to him there, and managed to convince him not to go through with it. I can't imagine what it'd be like if he did go through with it. I didn't call the police like the person in the story did. I wanted to, but...
