Yeah well selling almost 100 million *or more* consoles is pretty damn hard to repeat, so using you logic if they sell 75 million consoles then it would still be a failure. Personally I don't see how selling out of preorders at most places is a bad thing, but maybe someone can tell me why it is?
This is not , I repeat NOT, a attack on you...Ok now that I'm clear... When did a 8 become underachieving or underwhelming? Last time I looked a 8 is pretty damn good, if not great! Of course everyone wants every game to be original, innovative, and get a 9, but news flash, even a 7 isn't bad and shouldn't necessarily be looked down upon. Sometimes those 7 or 8 scored games can be more fun than the 9 and 10's.

I wouldn't say it's dying exactly for the zombie apocalypse genre, but the survival games are on their way to life support IMHO. When you have tons of ammo, health that regenerates, and tons of save points, how much trouble are you really in?? Limited ammo, death by one bite, and not a ton of safe houses/save points..sign me up for that :). Not attacking you or anything (even though it might seem like it lol), just giving my humble opinion.

I can't wait for this game, and for the two people above me, I really don't think that looks like crap, but graphics aren't what people are excited for. IMHO opinion it's because it actually looks like a compelling game that is a return to survival horrors better days, and not a packed building(s) of thousands of zombies in every square inch (exaggeration but not that much) that is other recent zombie games. Just my humble opinion though :).
Honestly I can't see them having one as most stores were already told them probably wouldn't get any extra systems, though I'd personally like to be able to get my hands on one as soon as I can!! Why can't today be the 18th already?

How high end are you talking? It would have to be more like slightly less powerful to keep the cost down IMHO. I'd love it if you were right, and if it wasn't above 450 in the US. Wii U: 11-18-12... PS4: whenever it comes out lol. Great combo IMO.
The 300 to 400 range doesn't sound bad, my biggest question isn't the power and all that, it's actually how much do we think the games might cost. I wouldn't be shocked at all if games were between 70 and 80 dollars. I of course have no proof, just a sneaking suspicion.

I think a lot of people care, but you're entitled to your opinion. I personally think this game is going to sell like gangbusters, and I'll happily be one of those people enjoying it :).

Exactly, its like trolls/fanboys for PS and Xbox want it to just fall on it's face so hard that they'll grasp to any little shread of anything..like they don't see a lot of Wii U ads. My thing is that they don't have to have a crap load of ads right now because the thing well be hard as hell to find for about a month or two.
