About time. Im ready to see what they show
An SSD... Making it so somehow a GPU can render everything all the time at max detail with no distance limitations.. ok
This SSD thing has gotten completely out of hand.
I dont like this video because the guy basically doesnt say anything of substance.
This narrative around the variable clocks is really strange. Never in the history of engineering (all fields included) is it better to have variable anything when it comes to a target performance.
Now all of a sudden it offers flexibility ? How?? lol how would it not have made more sense for sony to just lock the GPU at 2.25ghz and the CPU at 3.5?
Can someone please explain to me how the possibility to go below your peak performance is superior to havin...
You do realize that it'll run the same way on PS5 right? Oh..
lmao groundbreaking ?!?!
There was more to what he said. He also had to reiterate that GPU processing is still king when it comes to how visuals are presented.
No way this thing is retailing for less than $499.99
Lol I wonder why you have down votes oh yea cause you mentioned Xbox 😂
I mean I do find it odd that they wouldn't say that they had these features upfront. They were pretty forthcoming with Ray tracing , Audio tech and the SSD. Why not mention VRS. Strange exclusion if its present.
People need to stop latching on to every rumor that gets started.
lmao this is the first time in history where people are stating the box with the objectively inferior hardware will outperform the box with the objectively superior hardware lol and its not surprisingly PS fans that are driving this notion.
He wasn't even leading xbox in the "early days"
Not sure if you've heard.. and you may want to sit down for this.... but Sony and Nintendo are both large corporations that love money.
They don't have a "love for gaming" they simply produce products they confident people will gravitate to.. you know why?? For money p
You're flat out lying about there being no difference in performance because of faster clocks. Clock speed increases dont have a linear relationship with performance meanwhile CUs do!
Understood but how compromised of a game are you willing to accept just for the sake of having it on any particular platform.
Every game doesnt need to be on the switch. Sometimes developers arent looking to undercut their creative vision.
Different game , different engine and system demands.
A game as atmospheric and as dark as RE would suffer greatly at really low resolutions.
Then theres the issue with the native switch display not being the greatest.
I'm not confident that the switch could run this.
Facts.
How many times are we gonna hear about this SSD exhausting to keep hearing about storage as if thats the only important part of a console ITS NOT
