I'd never quit on Japan, personally. If Microsoft can't win there, that's okay. All they have to do is be present and show interest in working with the Japanese game developers. We the western gamers (Xbox 360 users) are the ones benefiting. We'll be the ones getting top notch Xbox 360 exclusive Japanese titles such as: Ninja Gaiden 2.

You're the minority. If most major gaming sites agree that Lair is a bad game, it's their word against the minority. I take reviews very seriously. I don't like the idea of wasting my time on a crappy title. I rather know beforehand if a game is garbage or not.
Also, gamers with both the PS3 and Xbox 360 generally prefer to buy the Xbox 360 version of any multiplatform title because of achievements and Xbox Live. Then again, you only have 3 bubbles left, so I didn't expect anything intelligent coming from you.

Not to mention, the PS2 had GAMES plus a ton of exclusives. That's why it won the console war of the last generation. The PS3 is totally missing this.
