Well i am shunning it cause so far the beta sucks balls.
For being a revamped 6 year old engine, it looks pretty good.
Soon as this game drop's below 10 bucks, i will pick it up. I will not pay 15 bucks for a flash based game.
Everybody is entitled to a opinion. I am personally not impressed, so sue me. Did you not watch that video? It was a rally race track and the car handled like it was on pavement a bad sign to me.
That was a rally track right? If it was then why was the car handling like it was on a road course. There was no sliding around turn's or any of that. Surely that wasn't a rally race.
Sure it has 8 person co-op and alot of enemies on screen, but that doesn't make it good. It felt like they just added it at the end of the game cause they had some extra time. Same maps, no story progression, just spawn enemies, then spawn a boss. I personally did not like the Resistance 2 co-op and it is probably my least favorite co-op game this gen.
But on a side note, R&C will rock i am sure the co-op will be fun.
Well i use the Tritton 720's which are solid gaming headset.
Like anybody gives a sh!t if your going to buy it or not. I love the irony is someone saying something stupid in the article about the game they are not going to support.
Actually Killzone 2 took 5 years to make. Regardless how you slice it, yes go look it up GG games says so. 3 years for the engine and 2 years to make the game. Guess what 3+2=5.

So what happens if there is more than 2 people playing does it triple and quadruple the input lag? That is a major concern for me.

First off you can not get it cheaper on steam. Every day one release for me cost me about 45 bucks brand new, i have gamefly with a 10% discount and my 10 buck gamefly coupons. Then i turn around in a month and put it towards another purchase of a game which will net me around 20 to 30 bucks. So in doing so i only paying 15 to 20 bucks for a brand new game.
Secondly, stay on your steam and stay out of live articles...
