I personally like the first 6 better than the newer ones. That's not to say the newer ones aren't good, but I really do think that the older ones have prime RPG elements that the newer ones cannot match. The newer games' stories have gotten too long and there are many unnecissary scenes, while the first 6 (5 and 6 especially) have great stories while getting straight to the point at the game time. And the first 6's job system just doesn't seem to work in the new games when they are attempt...
Wow, the more I see of this game, the more I like it. It's also interesting to see Squeenix make a game with, well, not so extraordinary graphics.
Sounds pretty funny. I'd like to play this game.
Failtastic! I was really looking forward to Innocence.
It seems like eveyone's giving this game bad reviews...
This art is so beautiful! I'd love to play a Zelda game with this kind of art style!
Wow, now this is going to be one interesting game! Maybe Edgy will be able to actually beat Phoenix for once...?
These horoschopes are crazier than the rest. I don't even have a credit card. :\
The DS version of this game is old news, but I had no ideas they were making a Wii version too...
This could be seen as good or bad, I guess. Some could say "Oh no, now Nintendo will get a bad name because they have 2 or 3 'naughty' games," or others, "Nintendo's finally growing up. Now we can officially say it's not a kiddie console anymore."
Can't please everyone, sadly.
Good article.
If anyone wants the most diverse gaming experience, they should surely buy all 3, as I feel they all have great games. Certain years are better for certain consoles, but in the long run it's certainly worth it because then you can get the best out of all consoles. If you don't have the money to invest in all 3, see which ones have the games you'd most likely be interested in playing. Everyone has different interests and even if you seem to be the only one enjoy...
I think I may be the only one, but I find it funny how they plan on putting an analog stick on it. The way the sketch is shown, it appears to be a one-handed controller, like the Wiimote. And it's very impractical to have the analog stick and ABXY buttons set up like that. Or are they going to have a horizontal holding style like the Wii does?
Oh, this is all too weird.
These innovations are only bad because they apparently haven't been perfected yet. Once they get perfected they're sure not going to be regarded as the worst innovations any more.
Hm...9.5 huh? Well, that's good. I guess it wasn't pretty innovative like they said, but I was having too much fun playing to notice. :]
Like many people have said already, they need a Persian actor. Bloom isn't even that great of an actor in my opinion. So they got an actor who won't look the part or play the part.
Sorry for the bashing, but I really don't think Bloom is fit for this role.
In response to titntin, you do have a point - it's good to have console-level games on a handheld. But for people like me, that when we have to leave the house taking a handheld game console isn't the best idea for whatever reason, I would just prefer a PS3. Which is a shame really, since all currentgen game consoles have really good games. :\
...amazing.
I don't really like that girl's 3D render, but the 2D art is really nice.
Looks really nice. I'm gonna have to look out for this one.
I really do think that if the developers really wanted to, they could put those PSP games they make on the PS3 and give them even better graphics. The DS is unique in that you cannot put a DS game on a Wii, or a PSP, or any other console.
The way I see it, the PSP is a handheld PS3, but the DS is a console all its own.
"Rumor and speculation" doesn't necissarily mean "no", but I think the DS Lite is fine and Nintendo shouldn't worry about making another one.
