You are are right for most of those, but I'd have to disagree with the controller design. It's really good. The only thing that sucks about it is the D-Pad. Everything else is good.

Microsoft can only compete if they make a new console. Even if the 360 adapts blu-ray its other components are too outdated it will have even more failures trying to handle the bluray games.
