I LOVED the first game and the second iteration will be no different...But I must admit I wish the story line was a bit stronger and more well thought out.
It changed the game when it release waaaaay back in '95 I believe and it still sells well today when new iterations release...The term "Get Over heeeeerrrreeeeee" still brings chills down our spines...Mortal Kombat FTW...."Toastyyyyyyy" ;
Grand Theft Auto is a special title that in my opinion no matter what time it releases will sell extremely well. Grand theft auto does not come out every year so that is a reason for one to purchase it when it releases. You can always but Call of duty every year because its a yearly rehash so you wont miss much if you don't get it when it initially comes out.
So are you going to deny that since Electronic Arts started placing actual NFL players onto their Football as covers that each player has had a dreadful season that year with some players even being hurt the ENTIRE season...come on you gotta say that it is at least a little peculiar bro.
We will find out more at E3...Gearbox is respected across the board in the gaming community so their views hold some weight...Again we will have to wait until E3...I think I will be calling out of work for the Nintendo and Sony Press conferences!
If these NFL players are smart they would opt out of the madden cover....smh when will they learn that the madden curse is REAL!
Hmm I like far cry because of the realism of the game...the multiplayer should be the same...It looks like they are trying to make the multiplayer arcade-ish...I don't like that....extra health packs...ammunition packs...no no no just keep it RAW and may the smartest shooter win.
Now this concept stresses REAL team work...OH man I am a HUGE FAN of the far cry series...it really isnt for its multiplayer component because its single player is just rock solid GOOD....Day one purchase for me. I look forward to some REAL team work with this game!
@ AArix...this gen has been all about shooters...last gen was more action/adventure and RPGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG's... .Hopefully the next wave of consoles makes more RPG's
