Everyone on the EU blog asks all the time, but it doesnt seem likely. You can set up a US account on PS4 & PS3 though and play them on your UK account. If you need credit i'd recommend Target as they accept a straight convert in prices through paypal
As for the PSP/Vita games though you're screwed because account switching is a pain in the arse

Have you tried Bloodborne? Persona 5 and Alienation are coming out this year too, they look pretty sick. Alienation will be pretty heavy on explosions though, just like Just cause
