But yeah I agree, I enjoyed Final fantasy V. Really funny dialogue, some great characters and the class level up system was epic (I played the GBA remake).
Don't know why more people don't care for this game.
As for how it compares to Final fantasy VI, I enjoyed V a lot more. There were so many characters in FFVI that I didn't really get to know any of them...

Interesting. They actually both have a point. In a way it's nice to show respect by not gaming, and it shows that gamers care about this stuff just like anyone else but in doing it it could almost be seen as admitting that video games are at fault. Which they aren't.
I hope the bodies still flail about. It was dumb, but since Demon's souls I've always kinda liked that :P

The multiplayer is great, the single player isn't so great. 3/5. Obviously the multiplayer made up most of the points. It's a game that relies on playing with other people, and it has an online that works fine. So, why does it deserve a 1.5 or 2 out of 5?
The game looks terrible, but graphics and framerate will be the least of it's problems.
I'm calling it now, it will be just as awful as the last two, only now with some Assassins Creed "let's appeal to the westerners, because Assassins Creed sells a lot" platforming parts. But it will get semi-good reviews based on the fancy graphics, the brand name and the fact that they promise (once again) it's not as linear.

I played it, I thought it was a rather inconsistent game (episode 2 was awesome, episode 1 was okay, episode 3 was meh) and it had a quite a few bugs (weird lip sync at times. Going under the train...duck turning invisible?!)
A good game, glad I bought it, but I can see why people wouldn't give it game of the year.
