Its because they are having to do a hardware revision to deal with overheating issues. Rumor is, its not gonna have a slide out screen. Oh well I think its just a gimmick unless they plan on adding some kinda keyboard support which a little blutooth one could fit around like the official ps dualshock keyboard....

Its pretty pointless if they just take a generic phone and combine it with a psp. I mean the psp is already considered obsolete tech by todays cell phone standards. 4g is soon to be mainstream, and the psp2 is obviously in the making considering the psp has been around for almost a decade.

They released Chrono Trigger along with FF4 on the PSX. I would take that over Chrono Cross, but Xenogears is a no brainer. I guess Squeenix just doesn't like money. Or they just cant stand the fact that the only real money they can make is from Squaresoft or Enix, not from themselves.
The ps3 is the best console of all time. My ps3 fat can play ps1, ps2, ps3 games, bluray player, blutooth, free online, wireless rechargable controllers, 3-D gaming, 7.1 surround sound, and its very purty. The only thing I wish it did was play nintendo games, its already getting Dreamcast games.
