Tecmos got their work cut out for them. NG2 could of used an extra 6 months of development.
Nothing new here. Aaron said the same thing at the start of 2008. Implying that Microsoft's software line-up would outshine Sony's. By the end of 2008, it didn't happen. Hopefully it won't happen again in 2009, but all signs are pointing that it will.

People are definitely hyping Little Big Planet more than it needs to be. Yet I don't think we'll fall into the overhype hype like we did Haze and GTA4. It's just harder to hype this game. MM doesn't have the "mythical status" of FR. And unlike GTA4, LBP doesn't have a colossal predecessor to beat. I don't know the point of ur blog either, :p but it has made realize something. The strengthening of our willpower to resist overhyping is the outcome of all the past overhypes and letdow...

Well Xion... I know wat ur saying and I wouldn't worry too much about it. I think Capcom would be seriously pushing their luck if they tell us RE6 will play like RE4/5. I'm almost certain there's a mass amount of people that feel the same way. If Capcom does make that announcement though, people are probably gonna either b**ch like crazy or write some pretty well thought out blogs like the one I'm commenting on.

Well it's easy to see why people would think it's a flop. At one point in time, people were able to buy the game for $10 dollars at Best Buy.
Infinite Undiscovery flopped so hard it's price was slashed in half shortly after it's release.
So it's easy to see why some people might consider NG2 as a flop.
