I think it's because it's a prequel to the Arkham games. There will probably be some major events in the game that make some people in Gotham go "There needs to be some kind of prison to hold these maniacs!" Thus Arkham is born.
I agree about the dialogue as well. This was so well done I really can't think of a lot of games that could top it in that area. Atlus made them sound like people you could actually hang out with.

It better be a full fledged R&C game for PS4. Please Insomniac go back to the Pixar-like style of the Future games. I didn't like All 4 One at all and Full Frontal Assault was better but doesn't come close to the Future games.

I 1000% agree. If it made companies like Capcom have to switch up their priorities from RE fanbase to CoD fanbase and even Naughty Dog with UC3's multiplayer, you know it's had a big influence.

I think 1080p should be a standard next gen but I don't expect 60fps to be. Most games still run smoothly even at native 30fps. 60fps would be a nice touch to any game but it's not a necessity.
Why? Because it's financial suicide. Why create another model if only a vocal minority is going to buy it? A lot of unsold models will just be sitting on shelves while Sony suffers a financial loss from it. It'll be the PS3 launch all over again but worse. Foolish you say? It's the smartest thing for Sony to do.
This game is classic. Every Vita owner should be playing this game. Even ones who aren't JRPG fans.
