No matter how much publicity and PR repairs Microsoft can do, unless they lower their price, get some good 1st party studios such as Naughty Dog and Quantic Dream etc., remove DRM, remove the used game restriction, remove Kinect to be an optional acessory, lower monthly fee as PS+, offer the lot of free games PS4 and PS3 offer with their PS+, then... I might consider buying a Xbox One..
