Look at the date it comes out on XBox One.. The same day as Fallout 4, Black Ops 3 comes out the week before & Star Wars Battlefront comes out the week after.. The casuals are gonna buy games like COD, SW Battlefront & Halo this holiday season.. Not saying TR is gonna be a bad game, but its gonna get slaughtered sales-wise. I wouldnt be surprise if it ends up selling more on PS4, even if it comes out a year later.
