Why would anyone say this is for PS4 "territory" when 8 days obviously was running on a PS3 at the time, so therefore, why wouldn't PS3 be able to run it now? I wouldn't be surprised if 8 days is resurrected now that he works for R* North. I certainly hope so, because the game's animation and graphics looked to be way ahead of its time at that moment.

Actually, that would be an interesting idea...as I have heard of things that terrorist and extremist used things that you would think deem not important or just simply overlooked and it contains some sort of explosive device.

Unfortunately, he is a victim of his own success, therefore, limiting him to just that franchise. That looks damn good....after seeing this, there is NO REASON AT ALL to say console can't crank out PC-like graphical powerhouse games.
Make you wonder about all the BS from some devs saying they are "pushing" the PS3 to the "limit", "max" take you pic of names.

Very sad, but I'm not that shocked, the poor guy has been battling with cancer for years and in his last speech on TV he made, dude looked VERY, VERY frail which is why I can understand why he stepped down, he was in no condition to run things, he looked very weak.
He was a genius and will be missed. My condolences goes out to his family. He changed the game big time on how technology came to be what it was and is now.

Seriously, if the 8GIG install allows them to give better textures and all the bells and whistle. I'm totally fine with that. The install can take as long as it wants, I have no problem with the timing it takes to install.

Not one PS3 exclusive title that came out this year is on the level of Gears?!?
What's even more funny is that you actually believe (or forcing yourself to believe) is that one exclusive is better than anything the PS3 has out.
Stupid comparison, its a matter of personal choice, one is a FPS and the other is 3rd person. One is in the future and the other is in the early to late 40-s and 50's.
Both are kick ass titles to have if you are fortune enough to own both consoles.
