That's like saying the gore in a slasher flick makes you approach it more seriously. WTF? Besides, gore is often abused in place of talent.
Everything funds African warfare.
I think what er-am is going for is as a whole, they obviously care about themselves, but given the chance they would do the same thing to the people doing it to them. They don't care about their rights as a whole. At least thats the way I took it.
I was trying to illustrate a point about reviewing a game off of a beta. And there are plenty of people who will never play the SP part of Reach.
I agree that this article is ridiculous, but even with Zipper holding an event, there are an awful lot of negative reviews coming out. I'm not saying MAG is the best game ever, but I find it a bit difficult that all of these blogs got invited to a press event when they aren't that big.
Where did you hear that it was censored? Everything I've heard is that the game hasn't been censored. So where did you hear that or are you just assuming that it's been censored?
Halo: Reach is going to sell well for a very good reason: It's fvcking Halo! Halo is one of the biggest franchises out right now. To say that it won't be one of the biggest games of the year is foolish. Also, GOW3 and Halo are two completely different kinds of games, generally appealing to different audiences; there is no reason that one game should be "bigger" than the other.
That look he gave was priceless.
I said good that it was longer because I finished the first one in about 18 hours. The main quest only took about 10-15 hours to do so ME2 being 20-30 hours means the game is twice as long. How is saying that more of a great game is good bad?
Oh, I'm sure it is the low level job everybody here thinks it is. There's no way that the winner would become a lead or a manager. Those positions require experience which is obviously something none of these people have otherwise they wouldn't be vying for a testing job determined by a reality show.
I wonder how many people who tried for this actually realize that testing is a bullshit job and it isn't as fun as "playing videogames for a living" makes it seem.
So it's twice as long as the first one. Good.
What good points does the article make? The PS3 has been out for 3 years, not 5 or 4 years. Using the numbers in the article, there are places that the PS3 has broken even or is sold for a profit, notably Europe as both the Pound and the Euro are stronger than the Dollar.
The article is poorly researched and poorly written. Also, the reason people are bringing up the 360 is because the author claims the 360 has been profitable for some time now, which is debatable.
You're right, because nobody ever gets stabbed. Or beaten to death. Or run over by a car. Or poisoned. Or any other way to kill a person. Do you even know the ratio of firearm related murders to non firearm related murders or are you just talking out of your ass?
Oh God, the irony.
Below: You could say the same thing about 360 games as well. So what is your point? That people are stupid or that PS3 Fanboys are stupid?
-
Below: I have no idea.
The game doesn't suck but he should keep his mouth shut.
EDIT: Yeah I edited what I wrote. I thought it was kind of d!ckish. As far as MAG is concerned; different strokes, I guess.
I thought they said it wasn't part of the story; it was just something they did for E3.
Quantic Dream has some balls but I really don't think they will have players controlling Origami because he targets kids. If it was adults, I would see it being a little more likely, but not with kids.
People always complain about the bullshit that gets to the top of the site as being all flamebait and yet when somethings posted that isn't flamebait, no one looks at it. SMH.
