I am not sure what the entire story is but why didn't the developers approach Sony on releasing the game on PSN first?
From what I herd they went to MS because the game was easier an cheaper to port to the 360 first.
Edit: Not saying MS was right but don't indie developer have a choice of PC,PSN,Mobile phones to put their games.

Thanx but I have never and will never buy a game from Xbox market place. I like the fact that I own the physical copy and can lend it to my friends or sell if I want to - plus this game is a cult hit and who knows maybe 30 years down the line the game will be worth money : )

Killzone is great and stands out from most FPS.
What Sony needs to do is change the name - I was in Best Buy the other day and a kid about 14 was asking his mom if he could get a game for his PS3 and he picked up Killzone 3, the mom told him to put it back and pick up something with out the word Kill in it. Guess which war game his mom bought him.

You just saved me some typing. I love support indie games but some of these indie developers that make a hit game think that they should be considered in the ranks of Kojima and Carmack and think they can moan about every little thing.
