I'm starting to get sick of replying to these ignorants who don't know crap about what RPG means. The trailer sucks, there is no doubt about it. It's focused on action way too much. But judging from one fucking trailer, you cannot conclude that the game will be Gears Of War in space. The game gives you shit ton of choices that effects not just the outcome of one game but the whole series. What more can one person want from a RPG game? Inventory is back, looting is back, weapon mod...
Most people hated it because of all the promises Sony's been making since E3 2005. Console got released with outrageously high price tag, no online capabilities whatsoever, poor first party titles except Resistance, hard to develop system and Sony's poor developer support at launch, killer apps getting delayed or being ended up cancelled. These were the reasons people hated PS3 at first. But if you're talking about people that still hated the console after 2008, then those were ju...
I think most people on N4G are being way too unfair against Dragon Age 2. It didn't feel like a true successor to the incredible Origins, that is for sure. But on its own, it was a decent game. It had a decent story, decent characters and some nice gameplay elemenets. I am not saying don't criticize Bioware for the way they've made the game, but some people here acting like it was a horrible game.
Shh, don't let them know that I've actually made a negative comment about the game. I need my bubbles.
This is a gaming system dedicated mostly for gaming. It has its own library of games, it has developers making games exclusive for it. Look at iPhone and its games. Some of them, like the one Epic Games made, looks amazing. Why? Because of the support. Think of what developers will be able to achieve with 512 MB Ram on a system like this that is dedicated purely for gaming and has most of the game developers' support at its back. Adding 512 MB Ram is definitely a true step to victory for ...
You do realize that shitty EA conference ended 3 hours 35 minutes ago right?
Agreed. Look at Uncharted: Golden Abyss and look at this. They clearly have to work on it more. I'll fully decide when I see the retail copy running but so far it's nothing special.
If half of the games on that list is true, I'm selling my DSi today and start saving money to buy a Vita day 1. A Red Dead Sequel? A portable Dead Space game? A portable Splinter Cell? Both MGS and SH collections? WTF?!?!
There's nothing to look forward to when it comes to multiplayer. It'll be the same as Reach's multiplayer except with remade maps from Halo 1-2-3. I wish they've made the multiplayer just like the same from first Halo. We already have a class based multiplayer Halo game with Reach, it'd be nice to have some diversity.
My "gaming career" is going on more than 15 years. Having five more extra won't make you a professor. Also, playing old RPGs didn't seem work for you since you still don't know what RPG truly means. Go back to playing D20 based games and wearing wizard hats and keep calling yourself the dungeon master. Leave the people who just want to play a great modern RPG game and have fun alone. And take some courses or read a couple of books too while you're at it.
I wonder if I can bubble it down because of "bad language". What blows my mind is he's getting agrees with that kind of poorly written comment.
OT: Haters that don't know what a RPG is can GTFO and crawl back to wherever they came from. Mass Effect 3 will be one of the best games and will be one of the best RPG's ever released.
Edit: Oh look, both Cpt_Kitten and VampiricDragon are here again to spew their bullshit, claiming how the game ...

Okay maybe it was...
It needs more late game items and bosses and more stuff to do. I've nearly done everything a person could with the game. Killed all the bosses including Skeletron and even farmed bosses like crazy to get more Demonite Ore and money, completed the dungeon, got all armors except Jungle and Necro (both of which I don't care too much), I've made farms to grow rare plants to make potions, I've made a legit obsidian farm without using those water/lava duplication techniques and I ha...

Have you even read the article?
"You are Cypher, a deadly assassin in the world of Saints Row, and you hunt the most elusive targets with the most sophisticated weaponry that Ultor has to offer. How sophisticated? You have the ability to control the of your bullet to such a degree that you can weave through the hallway of an apartment complex, steer through the legs of a hooker, and even snake your way through a moving train! Avoid striking solid objects and unintended b...
He doesn't need to. He's the senior shit thrower of N4G that is currently responsible for taking care of Bioware and every Mass Effect 3 related article on the site. It's a shame he doesn't know what RPG means.
Edit: They took out the skill tree? I'm sorry who said that? There will be a skill tree and you will be able to spend points and unlock new abilities, just like you could do in ME 1 and 2. You're seriously misinformed...
He asked about a MOVIE and I simply provided a link. However if it was a country he was talking about, I would've provided a proper link again but wouldn't say something that I have no valid proof about. You just checked a Wikipedia page and assumed that we're living with the camels and I've appropriately replied to you. You don't have to search my comment history and try to find a weakspot.
@SITH
He said very few. Just because Turkey once had tons of camels doesn't mean we still live in sand and have camels everywhere. Copy/pasting crap from Wikipedia won't make you a professor. Calm down and stop spewing that stereotype stuff.
The heads in that poster belongs to main characters from a Turkish TV show called Valley Of The Wolves. It's obviously a stupid fanmade poster. Don't worry about it.
You, EmperorDalek, newleaf, Starchild and SageHonor are the only guys who knows what they're talking about when it comes to Mass Effect. It's nice to know that not all people on N4G are 25-30 year old seniles who're stuck up in 1990's and thinks that inventory system, isometric camera angels and D20 battle system is what makes a RPG good. And to all haters, get on with the times goddamit! Look at action games, look at RTS games. They're all evolving. Let go of this "M...
