Real franchise is still a PS3 exclusive. Side games are not and I'm happy with it. Every player should be able to play a MGS title. Sure they won't be as good as the real ones but it'll be better than nothing.

Edit 2: Yes you "might" want to consider Peace Walker as MGS 5 but it won't be anything near as good like an exclusive PS3 title. It's the best PSP game for me considering the graphics and all other features though.
