You could like...BUY a pre modded console. Even though there is no warranty from MS anymore,I'm sure the store provides you with one(at least here they do). Also you can flash the console yourself and it was fairly easy to do when I did it. Now with liteon drives,I'm not sure...but that's why they sold em pre modded. After that it's a simple download and burn method.

And yes,live banning is a risk,but that's why...
