i just went into mp straight and now im a general in the top 10%. I went back to play sp in veteran and it is sooo freakin easy. I just wanna unlock elite mode and see if that is a challenge for me but i doubt it. if you play mp before sp, sp becomes a joke.

I think it raised the bar for FPS. Everything in the environment is alive for the stone slabs which can break apart to the dirt/dust kicking up as someone moves

If you played the game a lot you would know that you can find out where campers are and other people shooting from far away just from the muzzle flash from their weapon. Or the Fact that you can target a enemy from far away because of their glowing eyes or flashlight on the chest.

i agree with you. I played LP on live like crazy. They did up the game from the trailer but its not really WOW like. I mean the characters look better and the lighting affects are good. but the monsters and their attacks look the same and the explosions as well.
either way im gonna buy it.
Dont forget lumines (which is better on the ps3 because of the D-pad) although that was also on the psp.
I mean there are so many good psn games already. The only arcade game i bought on the 360 was lumines, but i already have 6 psn games. I may have to check out braid when it comes out on the psn (maybe)
yeah it really doesn't do anything new but basically takes everything good about TF2, Battlefield, and other FPS and polishes it.
One thing i say it really does well is the dust particles, I mean when you are aiming the dust in some levels blocks your vision. I play ISA most of the time and i find amazing how the halgan's eyes light up from for away giving you that scary feeling

Good choice picking up Super stardust (god i love that game). If you have a friend that you really trust (emphasis on trust) then you can convince him/her to buy psn games as well and share them.
wow thanks for that info i thought it was for the triggers alone. I tried to do single shot with the R1 but it doesn't work for me so i tried with R2 and it worked so i thought the triggers were the only pressure sensitive buttons.
I don't see movie companies putting their films with video game tie ins unless it can generate a huge profit. I mean unless you are making it double the price you are losing revenue on both sides. The only way it would work is if lets say individually the movie and game both sell 1 million copies, but placed together it makes 3-4 million.
On the other hand most games based on video aren't good so they may not even sell 1 million copies. If the inclusion of the game will increase ...
I have played Halo 2/3 some that the controls are stuck in my head. I use the COD4 controls in every other game like R2, but for some reason i like to use standard 2 (halo controls) in killzone 2. It is basically halo 2/3 controls on killzone. R2 (pressure sensitive which is better)to shoot and R3 is zoom in. I keep telling people try using the Trigger to shoot because the guns in killzone 2 are pressure sensitive.
Buy hey that's just how i like to play it.
